Cook County CannaBiz Pathways Cohort

The Cook County CannaBiz Pathways Cohort is a comprehensive training program for cannabis business license owners located in Cook County (IL) to provide them with practical guidance on all facets of building a business in the highly regulated cannabis industry. The program equips entrepreneurs with the business/financial acumen and resources and tools necessary to launch, operate, and grow sustainable and compliant cannabis businesses. Cook County has selected the Women's Business Development Center to be the administrator for this program.

This Cohort program starts on January 27, 2026 and ends on March 3, 2026. The program has 6 sessions that run from 9:30am to 12:00pm every Tuesday, during which time we will help you develop your cannabis business roadmap. We have room for 20 participants in this cohort. Please submit only one application per business. Applications will be accepted through January 22, 2026.
